Puresect Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service

Puresect provides a digital platform for urban community management, including financial transparency tools and a "Shared Wealth Fund".

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Puresect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

3. User Eligibility

To use Puresect, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
• Be a verified resident, owner, or committee member of a registered society.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

4. Financial Transparency

By using the platform, residents agree to a 100% transparent financial model where society‑wide maintenance and wealth fund data are visible to verified members to ensure "100% peace".

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the forum to harass, threaten, or defame other residents.
• Attempt to reverse‑engineer Puresect's AI‑optimized resource systems.
• Share society‑internal financial data with external third parties without authorization.
• Upload malicious content, spam, or any material that violates applicable laws.
• Impersonate another resident, committee member, or Puresect staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Puresect platform are the exclusive property of ZLTS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Liability

Puresect acts as a facilitator for community governance and is not liable for the independent decisions made by society committees or the performance of third‑party high‑yield systems.

8. Termination

Puresect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any manner that harms the community.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email.
